Hylec supplies PCB terminal blocks in virtually every type and style: in addition to standard though-hole mounting and wire protected designs, Hylec offers plug & socket (right-angled and vertical), board-to-board (pluggable) and screwless, push-wire terminal blocks. Enabling secure transmission of signals, data and power to PCBs, Hylec’s wide range of terminal blocks feature a space-saving connection method ideal for multiple OEM applications in consumer, processing and industrial applications.
Hylec’s through-hole mounting/wire-protected and rising clamp PCB terminal blocks are available in all standard pitch configurations in horizontal and vertical designs and are suitable for wave soldering. In 2-24 poles, standard colours are grey (RAL 7035), black or green. Certain styles also have the option of beige and orange. Hylec offers rising clamp PCB terminal blocks in single, double and triple-decker styles which save board space. Screwless push-wire PCB terminal blocks are offered in 2.5mm, 2.54mm, 3.5mm and 5mm pitches, plus a 45 degree design in some sizes. Male pin headers are offered in single row and double-decker styles, both vertical and horizontal. For cable mounting, Hylec offers pluggable female PCB terminal blocks in 2.5mm, 3.5mm, 3.81mm, 5mm, 5.08mm, 7.5mm, 7.62mm, 10mm and 10.16mm sizes, in screw rising clamp or pluggable types.
