Two-part PCB connectors offer extreme reliability

Lane Electronics has made available two high density, two-part PCB connector series for board-to-board or cable-to-cable applications where high resistance to vibration and extreme reliability are paramount.

The ITW McMurdo M200 series PCB connectors are two row, 2mm pitch connectors which are designed to meet BS9525 F0033 making them suitable for a wide range of high performance applications. A small footprint for increased packing density widens the type of application satisfied by the M200 series. The connectors can be supplied in seven sizes of single row from 2 to 17 ways and in 11 sizes of double row from 4 to 34 ways.

The ITW McMurdo M200 series can be assembled with male straight and 90⁰ PC terminations and female straight PC and crimp terminations. Positive latching is available for extra security when used in high vibration environments and dynamic applications.

The Weald Electronics M300 series comprises three row, 2mm pitch connectors which can be supplied in 27, 51 and 78-way sizes. They are available in a variety of formats including male straight pc, 90º pc and crimp terminations, and female straight pc, flexi circuit and crimp terminations as well as a male panel mount version.

Lane is an ideal source for all key connector types including circular, filtered, RF, coaxial, sub – miniature, backshells and adaptors, D connectors, aerospace, test & measurement, IDC, PCB connectors, edge connectors and connectors for rack and panel applications.
