74LS00 Series TTL

- details of the 74LS00 series low power Schottky TTL integrated circuits that were widely used for logic / digital circuit designs.

The 74LS00 low power Schottky series of logic integrated circuits gained a major foothold in the logic IC market.

After the 7400 series was introduced, the lower power and speed of the low power Schottky version became attractive.

As a result the 74LS00 logic chips became commonplace, taking over the place of dominance from their predecessors.
