Edgecard PCB connectors from Lane Electronics

Lane Electronics has added an Edgecard PCB connector range to its product line-up. Because manufacture and assembly are on site by Lane’s sister company Weald Electronics, delivery lead times for these PCB connectors are generally very short.

These Edgecard connectors are 0.100in (2.54mm) pitch, modular edge connectors designed for those applications where two or more PCBs need to be connected and easily removed.

The Weald Electronics Edgecard connectors can be supplied with mounting feet, polarising keys, fixed or replaceable contacts and can be cut to any size from 4 to 170 contacts double sided. They can be fitted with cantilever or bifurcated contacts, are suitable for vapour phase soldering and offer a choice of three termination styles – discrete wire, straight pc and wire wrap.

Lane is an ideal source for all key connector types including circular, filtered, RF, coaxial, sub – miniature, backshells and adaptors, D connectors, aerospace, test & measurement, IDC, PCB connectors, edge connectors and connectors for rack and panel applications.
