Anritsu’s distribution channel grows

Anritsu, a global provider of innovative test and measurement solutions for advanced and converged networks, has announced that they have signed a distribution agreement with Comtec Cable Accessories, a provider of components, equipment and services for the telecoms and datacoms industry.

Under the terms of the new agreement, Anritsu’s test equipment will now also be available in the UK through Comtec.

“Anritsu continues to invest heavily in the growth and success of our distribution channel,” said Steve Wilding, Sales Director Western EMEA Region. “We are delighted that this agreement with Comtec will see Anritsu’s range of leading test and measurement solutions become part of their outstanding portfolio of products, backed by their highest level of customer service and technical support.”

The Anritsu solutions offered through Comtec in the UK will include a range of optic, wireless and RF handheld products that meet the test and measurement needs of the Installation and Maintenance market.

“We are thrilled to be able to represent Anritsu here in the UK. We aim to provide our customers with solutions that ensure they are able to deploy and maintain networks quickly and efficiently, and we believe adding these selected Anritsu products to our offering will help us achieve that goal”, commented Nick Andrews, Brand Manager, Comtec.

As part of the agreement, Comtec will provide UK customers with sales support from their offices in Huntingdon, Glasgow and Sunbury.
